All of our lawyers and staff want to extend a huge congratulations to Ms. Kate Brown-Henry! Kate has been named by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 40 Under 40 attorneys for Indiana.
After years of diligent work representing those injured by the negligence of others, The National Trial Lawyers organization has decided Kate is one of “those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young trial lawyer.” We wholeheartedly agree with them!
Membership into The National Trial Lawyers Association: Top 40 under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40. Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase process that includes peer nominations combined with third-party research.
Kate received her undergraduate degree in Political Science, with a minor in German, from DePauw University in 2002. She then went on to earn her law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law and was admitted to the Indiana Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana in 2006. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association, where she is currently a member of the Publications Committee.
We hope everyone will join us in congratulating Kate on her membership to the Top 40 Under 40! Only the top 40 young trial attorneys in Indiana are invited to this organization, and we are glad she is one of us! Kate has led a very impressive career thus far and we know she has an even more impressive future ahead of her.
