How Do I Know If I Have a Valid Medical Malpractice Case?
Determining whether you have a valid medical malpractice case is something that I think my team does better than anybody else because I spent a decade as a defense lawyer and then I switched sides. And now for over 15 years, all I’ve been doing is reviewing cases as a plaintiff’s lawyer for patients within my house here I have nurses, I have a physician, I have people at my fingertips that when you call here, I am personally looking at your case and I am then taking it over to the desk of our nurse or our physician and saying, Hey, what do you think about this? And we’re doing research on it. We’re kicking the tires on it, and we’re getting right back to you. It’s not going to sit here, and you’re going to be languishing out there wondering if we’re taking your case. We look at your case immediately.
I honestly try to get back to people within a day or two. I know that if you have a significant medical malpractice case, you are grieving something, whether it’s the loss of your baby, the loss of your husband, the loss of a limb. You want to hear from us. And with the experience that I’ve had in the industry over the last 25 years and the team that I’ve created here, I believe that we have the best team possible to be able to tell you, do you have a good case or not? But rest assured, if you don’t have a good case, I’m going to tell you that. Also, I’m going to say, don’t waste the next five years of your life in this medical malpractice case. As a medical malpractice attorney, I’ll tell you that. But if you have a good case, we’ll tell you that also, and we have a team to do it.
